Delicious and Nutritious. Feed your body what it needs, and it won’t scream for what it craves.

If you haven’t yet discovered the most amazing products through Isagenix, well, I am here to advocate them, fully. As skeptical as I was in my early stages of learning about this amazing company and the products they have created in the realm of weight-loss, wellness, and activity performance, I have become a user of their products.

Why?

Well, because I am a busy mother of three, with no support system to lean on when I need it, I run two businesses, I teach group fitness classes (nine to ten per week), I visit six different gym locations on a weekly basis, and I hardly give my family the option to eat out (pizza, occasionally, because we are human and pizza is just sinfully delicious!) I enjoy, and make time to cook: clean, fresh ingredients, delicious food (even though my kids will fight me and convince themselves it just isn’t good). Needless to say, life doesn’t roll by, it is taking its leaps and bounds, and sometimes time feels like it flew by as though i fell asleep in the car on a twelve hour road trip, waking up not knowing where I am exactly.

Back to the why, above. I used to have my days where energy was running low. Very, very low. Where it oftentimes was a challenge to get the proper and necessary nutrition in to fuel my active life. Being tired wasn’t an option, and I wasn’t going to let it be an option. I wasn’t willing to quit doing what I love because I couldn’t keep up. I understand that nutrition is essential to living a vital and thriving life. So, I got to know Isagenix, and I haven’t looked back since.

What I used to make this pudding helped take the Pro Vanilla powder from a shake to a delicious desert that nourished me and didn’t reverse what I had worked so hard to accomplish all week. The fresh squeezed lemon added the final, necessary touch. Other flavor combos to try: pineapple/mango, blueberry/lemon, raspberry/lemon, cherry/lime, banana/mango…..as you can see, the possibilities are endless. You can even garnish with chia seeds (pre-soaked in the almond milk), or pumpkin seeds. Even slithered almonds, or walnuts (imagine that with the chocolate Pro powder, PB fit, and a few chocolate chips.
